Arika Heard Rn

Arika Heard, RN, has over a decade of experience in various nursing roles, currently serving as a Psychiatric Nurse at Hill Crest Behavioral Health since October 2019. Prior to this position, Arika worked as a Travel Registered Nurse with ATC Healthcare from December 2016 to October 2019, specializing in pediatric nursing across hospitals, schools, and home health environments. Arika's experience includes serving as an RN Case Manager at Alabama Home Care, LLC, and as Assistant Director of Nursing at Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services, along with roles in long-term care and rehabilitation nursing. Arika began a nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lutheran Home For The Aged. Arika received an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Elgin Community College between 2009 and 2011.
