Darren Hamer

Darren is a partner in the Manchester Real Estate team specialising in investment and portfolio management work. He also undertakes work supporting the firm's corporate team on property aspects of corporate transactions.

Darren has worked on some of largest property transactions in the north-west over the last few years and his clients are both public and the private sector. Darren's areas of recent expertise includes in respect of investment transactions, complex lease interpretation, neighbourly issues and joint venture acquisitions. He endeavours to obtain a full understanding of the client’s business that he believes is fundamental to achieving the best outcome for his clients.

Darren attended the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne LLB and received 2:1 (Hons) and completed the LPC at the College of Law.
