Emma is a partner/solicitor-advocate in the London healthcare team. She regularly represents clients at inquests at the Court of Protection and before regulatory bodies. She has experience in all areas of healthcare law.

Emma is an expert in healthcare law and regularly advises NHS bodies, private providers and insurers on a range of issues including inquests, public inquiries and queries involving the Mental Health Act 1983/Mental Capacity Act 2005/Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. She regularly advises organisations on a range of information governance matters.
