James Garton

Jim is a partner based in the London office and heads up the real estate finance team. He specialises in joint ventures and development, real estate funding, and has a particular interest in the hotel sector.

Jim has been with the firm since May 2015, having previously been a partner and head of real estate, London at Gateley, and prior to that a partner at Mishcon de Reya and Berwin Leighton Paisner. He has many years' experience of working for banks and financial institutions, property developers, property investors, end users and high-net-worth individuals.
