Jamie Foster

Jamie is a commercial lawyer specialising in the health and life sciences sectors. Clients include life sciences businesses, NHS organisations, private hospitals and clinics, academic and research institutions, charities and social enterprises, and start-ups.

Jamie advises clients on contracting arrangements, joint ventures and collaborations, transactions, public procurement and intellectual property matters. Jamie is a member of Tech London Advocates and frequently presents on life sciences and health topics, including recently to networks such as SEHTA, Medilink, Eagle Labs HealthTech, Health Foundry, Propel YH, the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF),and the NHS Governance Assurance and Risk Network. Recent presentations include speaking on medical cannabis for the IDF, and intellectual property in software AI tools for SEHTA.

Jamie qualified in 2000 into the corporate department of a Magic Circle firm before focusing on the health and life sciences sectors.
