Joanne has been with the firm since 2004 and is a partner in the health litigation team in Liverpool where she specialises in clinical negligence claims in both the NHS and private sector.
Joanne has significant experience in handling healthcare litigated and pharmacological claims. Her case load consists of high-value and catastrophic claims involving obstetric birth injuries, spinal injuries, amputation, paraplegia and loss of vision.
Joanne has a passion for training and holds regular events at the Liverpool, Manchester and London offices for clients.
Joanne was educated in North Wales and after first becoming a financial advisor, she qualified into law in 2002 with a commendation in ‘post-graduate diploma in law’ from De Montefort University and a distinction in the LPC from the College of Law.
