Calik Reaves

Calik Reaves, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager at Hill International, Inc. since September 2021, where support is provided to leadership and staff across the United States, including Puerto Rico. Previously, Calik held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager, offering support to various locations in the U.S. from Arizona to Washington. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist III with the State of Delaware's Family Court and Human Resources Manager at HOTEL DU PONT. Calik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a Minor in Human Resource Management, as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management, both from Wilmington University.
