David Billings

Project Director at Hill International

David Billings has over 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. David began their career in 1996 as a Senior Project Manager for the City of Boston's Public Facilities Department. In 2005, they joined Collaborative Partners, a leading Owner Project Management firm in the Boston area, where they served as a Project Director. In 2014, they transitioned to Hill International, Inc., a global construction risk and program management company, where they continue to work as a Project Director overseeing all aspects of project development and delivery.

David Billings, AIA, LEED GA completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College in 1984. David also pursued professional programs in Integrated Project Management at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, completing them in 2016. Additionally, they attended Harvard University's Graduate School of Design for professional programs in Real Estate Financial Analysis, which they completed in 1989.
