Ghassan M. Dashash (PMP)® is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in overseeing multi-giga projects, particularly with the Ministry of Interior at Hill International, Inc., where Ghassan has been serving as Director of Business Excellence since February 2024. With a robust background at Saudi Aramco from 2006 to 2020, Ghassan held key positions including Senior Project Manager and Operational Excellence Head, focusing on implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and safety. Prior roles at Aramco from 1995 to 2006 included Maintenance & Operations Engineer and Planning Segment Head. Ghassan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Economic Development in Emerging Markets from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Current educational pursuits include a Level 7 Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
