Luis G. Ortiz

Luis G. Ortiz has extensive experience in project management, design management, and architecture. Luis G. has worked as a Project Director and Vice President at Hill International, Inc. Luis G. also worked as a Senior Project Manager and Owner Representative at LGO Architecture, where they led a variety of projects and was responsible for project management and design reviews. Prior to that, Ortiz worked as a Project Director and Design Manager at CIMS Project Management Consultancy, overseeing a large development project. Luis G. also gained experience as a Design Manager at Parsons Corporation, where they validated designs and facilitated program validation for various users. Ortiz began their career as a Senior Project Manager at LGO Architecture Inc., where they developed design and construction standards for Wyndham Hotels and advised resort owners on converting their properties. Luis G. also served as a Senior Project Manager at Corzo Castella Carballo Thompson Salman, where they managed multiple projects in Miami-Dade County, and as an Architect and Senior Project Manager at Ben Lopez & Associates, where they led multidisciplinary design teams and represented hotel ownership in negotiations. Ortiz started their career as a Project Architect at Ricci Greene Associates, where they worked on court facility projects.

Luis G. Ortiz, NCARB, LEED AP received a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Miami in the years 1981-1984. Luis G. then pursued a Degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University from 1990-1991, specializing in Real Estate Development. In addition, they hold the certification of Chartered Architect, State of Florida, USA and obtained a Diploma in Real Estate Investments from New York University.
