Luis Lugo Jr. has had extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Luis started their professional journey in the US Army, where they served as an Infantry Officer for 20 years. After leaving the military, they joined PACO Group, Inc. as the Chief Administrative Officer. Luis later took on roles such as Director of Human Resources, VP of Marketing & Business Development, and SVP of Operations/ NE & MW Regional Manager within the same organization. Following this, Luis served as Vice President of Business Development at Hill International before becoming President & COO at PACO Group, Inc. Luis then returned to Hill International, where they held positions such as Senior Vice President Construction Claims and Senior Vice President, SE U.S. & Caribbean Regional Manager. Most recently, Luis has been working as Senior Vice President Business Development - Americas' at Hill International, leading a team to develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's goals.
Luis Lugo Jr. attended The State University of New York from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a BA in Liberal Arts and Business. Luis later enrolled in the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2000, completing their MA in Business and Organizational Development.
