Mark E. Welling

Mark E. Welling, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Mark E. started their career at Skanska USA Building Inc. in 1994, where they served as a Senior Project Manager until 2002. Mark E. then joined Quandel Construction Services as the Director of Development and also held the position of Project Executive. In 2012, they joined Hill International, Inc. as a Vice President and Eastern US Business Development Manager. Mark E. is currently in this role and has played an integral part in the company's growth. Additionally, Mark has been actively involved in community service, serving on the Development Board and as the President of the Development Board for Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Mark E. Welling, P.E. obtained a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Management and Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1988 to 1994.
