Matt McMenamin

Matt McMenamin, PE has extensive work experience in the field of construction management and engineering. Matt started their career as an Associate Engineer at Railroad Engineers and Consultants in 1988 and worked there until 1991. Matt then worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer at Caltrans from 1992 to 1995.

In 1996, Matt joined Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc as a Resident Engineer and stayed with the company until 2005. Matt then worked as a Resident Engineer at PGH Wong Engineering from 2005 to 2007. During this time, they also served as a Department Manager - Rail at HNTB from 2007 to 2009.

Matt joined Hill International, Inc in 2009 and has held multiple roles within the company. Matt is responsible for managing a team of consultants and Metro staff on the I-5 North County Enhancements Project in Santa Clarita, CA. Their duties include reporting, staff management, technical advice, client relations, community outreach management, quality management, and project controls oversight. Matt also serves as a Resident Engineer/Project Manager on a double track main line railroad and bridge replacement project over the San Elijo Lagoon in Encinitas, CA.

In addition to their work at Hill International, Inc, Matt has also managed on-call task orders for the Port of Long Beach, California and performed constructability reviews for the City of Bellevue, WA. Matt has also held positions at McDaniels Engineering and served as a railroad liaison between two design firms in Canada.
