Noelle Brooks

Noelle Brooks has a diverse range of work experience. Noelle worked as a Business Development Director at Hill International, Inc. from January 2024 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Real Estate Broker at Premiere Property Group, LLC from June 2017 to January 2024. Noelle was also the NW Region Director of Business Development Operations at CMTS, LLC from August 2019 to January 2024. Additionally, they owned and managed their own retail shop called Canvas antiques, fine arts, found objects from 2012 to January 2024. Noelle also worked as a Marketing Manager at ICON Construction and Development LLC from October 2017 to May 2019 and as a Program Manager at Historic Willamette: A Main Street Community from August 2015 to August 2017.

Noelle Brooks has completed the Minority Business Executive Program at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2019. Noelle also has experience in Fine Art and Web Design from Pacific Northwest College of Art.
