Sami Soufi

Sami Soufi currently serves as Vice President - Rail & Transit at Hill International, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Sami held the position of Vice President - PPM at Mott MacDonald from May 2022 to May 2023, focusing on the Transportation and Tunnels Division. Sami was also Chief Technical Officer for Purple Line Transit Partners at Meridiam from June 2016 to March 2022, overseeing the design and construction of a $2.1 billion rail project under a Public Private Partnership. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Bechtel, WMATA, RK&K, AECOM, Parsons Corporation, and Kiewit, where Sami contributed to significant projects such as the Dulles Silver Line Metro Extension and various bridge rehabilitation projects. Sami's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from McGill University and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Maryland, alongside other advanced studies in civil engineering.
