Subhas Ch. Sarkar

Subhas Ch. Sarkar has over 18 years of experience in the field of contracts and construction management. Subhas Ch. currently holds the position of AVP & Chief Contracts Expert at Hill International, Inc. where they head the contracts department. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited for two years. Before that, they served as a Dy General Manager (Contracts) at ITD-ITD Cem JV for seven years, where they were responsible for contract administration, claim management, and resolution of disputes. Subhas also worked as an Asstt. General Manager (Contracts-Commercial) at DLF Laing O'Rourke India Ltd and as a Contracts Manager at Hindustan Construction Company.

Subhas Ch. Sarkar has pursued an M.Tech in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance from R E College, Durgapur. Additionally, they have also attended RE College Model School for further education in Civil Engineering.
