Todd Cooper

Todd Cooper has a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in various leadership roles at companies such as Hill International, Inc., dck north america, LLC, Dick Corporation, and Middough. Todd holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Todd currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Mid-Atlantic at Hill International, Inc.
