Aini Zariyah

Aini Zariyah has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Public Relations Specialist for ADEKSI, an organization focused on improving local governance in Indonesia. Aini then served as an Executive Secretary for PT Bali Nirwana Resort from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Aini pursued their Masters in International Communication Management at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Following that, they joined Nikko Hotels International as an Assistant Public Relations Manager, where they played a key role in revamping promotional tools, launching cultural events, and repositioning the hotel's signature Japanese restaurant.

From 2011 to 2013, Aini served as a Study in Holland Ambassador for Nuffic Neso Indonesia, promoting studying opportunities in the Netherlands. Aini then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., first as a Public Relations Manager at W Resort and later as the Director of Marketing & Communications at St. Regis resort. In these roles, they worked closely with regional and global teams, developed PR campaigns, and managed media relations.

In 2017, Aini started working as a Freelance Communications Consultant, specializing in amplifying lifestyle brands, with clients including Telkomsel MyBusiness, realme, Fonterra Brands Indonesia, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, and more. Aini then joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies as a Project Manager and later as a Project Lead, overseeing various projects for clients in Indonesia and overseas, including Telkomsel, Huawei, LinkedIn, Monash University, Pfizer, and Hyundai.

Aini recently joined Carl Byoir & Associates as a Project Lead in 2022. Overall, their work experience has allowed their to build a solid foundation in corporate communications, PR, marketing, and project management.

Aini Zariyah obtained a Master's degree in International Communication Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from LSPR Communication and Business Institute in 2006. Additionally, Aini has obtained several certifications in project management and sustainability from LinkedIn in the year 2023.
