Prior roles include Senior Vice President at dentsu international, where DK Bartley led diversity initiatives, and Chief Talent Officer at DTI - Diversity Talent International, providing talent acquisition solutions for multinational clients. With extensive experience across various industries, DK Bartley has consistently focused on enhancing organizational diversity and talent acquisition strategies, supported by educational credentials from Stony Brook University and the New York Institute of Technology, as well as a certification as a Certified Diversity Professional from Cornell University ILR School.
