David Joyner

David Joyner serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hill Physicians Medical Group and its aligned MSO, PriMed Management Consulting, since April 2013, overseeing all business operations. Prior to this role, David held various senior leadership positions at Blue Shield, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Large Group and Specialty Benefits, managing a $2 billion business unit. David's earlier experiences include roles as Senior Vice President of Network Management and Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Vivra Women’s Health. Additionally, David was President at Vivra Specialty Partners and has managerial experience from Bain & Company. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategy from The Wharton School and an MA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
