Larkin Mehta, PMP, MHROD has diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. From 2016 to the present, Larkin has been working at Hill Physicians Medical Group, initially as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office and later as the Senior Director of the Office of the CIO. In these roles, Larkin was responsible for optimizing project management processes, establishing a standardized delivery framework, and managing a $20MM project portfolio.

In 2021, Larkin joined I'm In! as an Intrapreneur and Change Catalyst. Additionally, from 2016 to 2021, Larkin served as a Class Coordinator at Lion's Heart - Teen Volunteers and Leaders.

Prior to these roles, Larkin worked at Beckman Coulter, Inc. from 2001 to 2015. Starting as a Business Development Manager, Larkin progressed to become a Senior Program Manager and was responsible for various activities such as program management, P&L management, contract management, and product management. Larkin played a crucial role in implementing and launching the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) regulation.

Larkin Mehta, PMP, MHROD, has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. Larkin started their education at Carnegie Mellon University, where they pursued a triple major in Industrial Management, Economics, and French. They then went on to the University of San Francisco, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development (OD Emphasis).

Larkin also acquired two certificates from the University of California, Santa Cruz, specializing in Project/Program Management and Team Development. Furthermore, Larkin participated in a study abroad program at Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN) / Université Nancy 2, focusing on International Business.

In addition to their formal degrees, Larkin has obtained various certifications. They are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® by the Project Management Institute, and they have completed the Womens Corporate Board Readiness Program offered by Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.

Finally, Larkin returned to the University of San Francisco to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources, further enhancing their expertise in this field.
