Chartered McIpd Tracy Haynes

Tracy Haynes, Chartered MCIPD, has an extensive work experience in human resources. Tracy is currently the Group Head of Human Resources at Hill Robinson Yacht Management, supporting the company's HR strategy across all locations. Prior to this, Tracy worked as the HR Director for BluJay Solutions, responsible for developing the people strategy in various regions. Tracy also served as the Head of HR for First UK Bus (North Region) and as an HR Business Partner for British Gas, New Energy. Tracy has held HR positions at Hillserve, Cyberview Technology, Gladedale Group, St. James Group, and Ridgeway Systems & Software. Overall, Tracy brings a wealth of experience in managing HR functions and implementing people-focused strategies.

Tracy Haynes, Chartered MCIPD, obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development from the University of West London from 1999 to 2001. Tracy also earned a Post Grad Degree in CIPD from the same university during the same period. In addition, Tracy holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021.
