Hugo Debast

Hugo Debast is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in recruitment, yacht crew services, and business ownership. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Hill Robinson Yacht Management since November 2021, Hugo previously worked as a yacht crew member from November 2017 to October 2021. Prior experience includes owning a commercial cleaning business from 2010 to 2017 and holding the position of Occupational Health and Safety Officer at both TCMI and Nuclear Plant EDF between 2007 and 2010. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a DUT in Occupational Health and Safety from Université de Bordeaux, along with pursuing an Advanced Diploma of Management at Queensland International Institute since 2014.
