Paul is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Hill Robinson Yacht Management, a leading independent company that provides comprehensive support for yacht owners. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Mentor and Advisor at International Superyacht Management Limited where they provided business strategy support and shared their knowledge with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
