Radenko Okiljevic

Radenko Okiljevic has over 15 years of experience in yacht management and offshore engineering. Radenko currently serves as the Chief Engineer at Hill Robinson Yacht Management since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Swire Pacific Offshore as a Chief Engineer from December 2017 to July 2022 and at Swire Seabed as a Chief Engineer from September 2016 to January 2017. Additionally, they worked at Swire Pacific Offshore as a 1st and 2nd Engineer from June 2010 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they were a Supervisor and Engineer Technologist for Mechanical Works at Adriatic Shipyard Bijela from 2007 to 2010.

Radenko Okiljevic has a postgraduate degree and a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from the Faculty of Maritime Studies, Kotor. In terms of certifications, Radenko obtained a Chief Engineer certification for ships powered by main propulsion machinery of 3000 kW or more from the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Republic Montenegro in July 2019. Additionally, Radenko holds certifications as a European Welding Engineer (EWE) from the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF), and as an International Welding Engineer (IWE) from the International Institute of Welding (IIW), both obtained in 2015. Lastly, Radenko obtained a certification in the application of polymeric materials Belzona series 1000 and 2000 in manufacturing and repair from ISEA d.o.o. Zagreb, Croatia in 2008.
