Jessica Post

Jessica Post is the Founder and Chief Problem Solver at Hill Strategies, LLC, since August 2021. Previously, from March 2022 to November 2024, Jessica served as Chief of Staff at LearnerStudio, where strategic direction for programs and operations was established to advance the organization's mission. Jessica's experience includes a senior fellowship with Education Pioneers, focusing on K-12 pandemic responses, and a role as Chief Strategy Officer for Yakima School District #7, orchestrating COVID-19 response strategies for a large student and staff population. Other notable positions include Managing Director of Programs at Families Empowered and Assistant Principal of Operations at IDEA Public Schools. Jessica holds an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a B.S. in Public Administration and Spanish from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
