Eric Aldridge

Eric Aldridge is a highly experienced engineer with a diverse background in missile defense and integration operations. Currently serving as Senior Engineer and Integration Deputy at Hill Technical Solutions, Inc., since January 2019, Eric supports the Chief Engineer for the C2BMC program, leading efforts to address performance deficiencies and managing a team of 14 engineers. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Senior Test Engineer at Intrepid, Inc., overseeing range operations at White Sands Missile Range. Eric's military experience includes serving as an Operations Officer for the US Army Reserves and an Assistant Brigade Operations Officer with the United States Army and Army National Guard. Eric's additional roles include Test and Evaluation Engineer at nLogic and System Engineer at Applied Data Trends, along with early career experience as an Air and Missile Defense Test Engineer at ITT. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faulkner University and has further education from the National Cryptological School.
