Martin Bustamante is a Program Analyst at Hill Technical Solutions since October 2019 and has been serving as an Administrative Assistant at Phoenix Services since March 2017, supporting the Space and Missile Defense Command / Air and Missile Defense Directorate. Martin obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, completing the program in 2016.
