Timothy Angel, PhD, LNHA, REHS, CPM has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Timothy is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer/Administrator at Hill View Retirement Center, where they lead and directs the operations of a large Continuing Care Retirement Community. Additionally, they are responsible for developing strategies and programs to recover from the pandemic by increasing census and controlling expenses. Prior to their current role, Timothy served as the Executive Vice President and Assistant Administrator at Hill View Retirement Center and as the Executive Director of the SCIOTO COUNTY HEALTH COALITION.

Outside of the healthcare field, Timothy has also founded and owned Jet's Gourmet Popcorn. Timothy has experience in the academic sector as well, having served as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at Shawnee State University and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Ohio University-Chillicothe Campus.

Timothy first attended Charter Oak State College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cell Biology and Anatomy. Following this, they attended Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine from 1994 to 2003, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biomedical Sciences.

In addition to their educational background, Timothy Angel has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Timothy acquired the certification of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Ohio Department of Health in October 2020. In 2013, they became a Registered Environmental Health Specialist through The National Environmental Health Association.
