Michael Shavel

Michael Shavel is an AV Rated Banking and Creditors’ Rights Attorney with extensive experience in commercial lending, healthcare receivable financing, and asset-based financing, primarily representing banks and institutional lenders. They previously served as an Attorney at Hill Wallack LLP and later as a Senior Associate at Blank Rome LLP, before becoming Chair of the Financial Services Department at Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. Michael earned a Doctor of Law degree with distinction from Ohio Northern University and holds a BA in History and Political Science from Drew University.
