Elise Berry

Elise Berry is an Associate Attorney at Hill Ward Henderson, where employment commenced in March 2021, following a prior role as an Associate Attorney at Wicker Smith from August 2019 to March 2021. Elise held various editorial positions, including Article & Note Editor for the FSU Journal for Land Use and Environmental Law and Articles Editor for the Florida State University Law Review, both from July 2017 to May 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant to Professor Justin Sevier at the Florida State University College of Law and gaining practical legal experience through internships as a Law Clerk at Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., the Florida First District Court of Appeal, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Elise earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
