Heather Sciubba is an experienced professional in the poultry processing industry, currently serving as the Assistant Processing Manager at Hillandale Farms since March 2021, where responsibilities include collaboration with the shipping department, communication with the USDA, analysis of HAACP standards, and supervision of a team. Previously, Heather held roles at Trillium Farms as a Processing Supervisor and Flock Manager, and gained valuable experience during internships at Tyson Foods, Sauders Quality Eggs, Longwood Veterinary Center, and the University of Pennsylvania. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Penn State University in 2019.

Since 1958 Hillandale Farms has been providing the finest eggs and related products to customers. Orland Bethel started Hillandale Farms in Flushing, Ohio in 1958. Since its start, Hillandale Farms has pursued business opportunities that are consistent with our long term strategy of profitable growth.
