Nicole McKay has extensive experience in the agricultural and food industries, currently serving as the Cage Free Production Manager at Hillandale Farms since May 2016, after progressing through roles including Assistant Production Manager and Management Trainee. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Higgies Food and Ice Cream LLC from January 2008 to October 2016 as Manager/Cook, and held the position of Assistant Manager at Tractor Supply Company between September 2012 and October 2014. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Animal Science and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies.
