Paulo Dasilveira has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Paulo started their career at World Wide Express UPS as a Sales Manager from September 2006 to March 2011. Paulo then worked at Nippon Express as a Regional Sales Manager from April 2011 to April 2013. Following that, they joined Tropical Foods LLC as a Regional Sales Manager from October 2013 to October 2016. From November 2016 to December 2019, they worked at SUPERVALU as a Sales Manager Export. Currently, they are employed as the Sales Director at Hillandale Farms since December 2019.
Paulo Dasilveira obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Lynn University in the years 2002 to2005.

Since 1958 Hillandale Farms has been providing the finest eggs and related products to customers. Orland Bethel started Hillandale Farms in Flushing, Ohio in 1958. Since its start, Hillandale Farms has pursued business opportunities that are consistent with our long term strategy of profitable growth.
