Hillbarn Theatre
Jeff Mockus is an accomplished sound designer and audio engineer with extensive experience in theater and corporate events. Currently serving as a sound designer at Hillbarn Theatre, Jeff has worked on notable productions including "Baskerville" and "RENT." As the lead audio engineer at Local Tech, responsibilities include installing and operating audio systems for high-profile clients such as Adobe and Cisco. Jeff has designed sound for numerous productions at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley and has held various roles including resident sound designer at Winchester Mystery House, where compositions were created for "Unhinged Housewarming." Additional experience includes working at California Shakespeare Theater, Center Repertory Company, and The Western Stage. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Music & Sound Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where Jeff also lectured in sound design.
