David Tarula Chavez has a strong background in education, with experience ranging from teaching mathematics at various levels to serving in leadership roles such as Assistant Principal and Dean of Instruction and Culture. David currently works as a 6/7 grade math teacher at Hillbrook School. David has a Master's degree in Education from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from California State University, Bakersfield. Along with their teaching responsibilities, David has also been involved in extracurricular activities such as advising robotics teams and civil engineering clubs.
