Leanne Winter is an experienced educator currently serving as the Head of Learning and Alignment at Hillcrest Christian College since January 2022. Prior roles include Secondary School Teacher at All Saints' College, where Leanne led initiatives such as the Project Leader for Transition to Transition and served as a facilitator for InnovatED. Leanne's teaching experience extends to Living Waters Lutheran College and Bateman Primary School, with leadership roles as Year 7 Coordinator and President of both the ASC Staff Association and ASC Netball Club. Leanne holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and Management, a Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from reputable institutions, including The University of Notre Dame Australia and Edith Cowan University.

Hillcrest Christian College is an independent, co-educational day school with approximately 1,600 students from Prep - Year 12.
