Lynda Streich

Lynda Streich is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Hillcrest Family Services since April 2023, Lynda has previously held the position of Interim President/CEO at Lutheran Church Charities, where operations focused on nonprofit ministry initiatives. Lynda's previous roles include Regional HR Manager at RR Donnelley, Vice President of Human Resources at Ørsted, and Director of Human Resources at Specialty Print Communications. With a background that spans over three decades in human resources and change management, Lynda has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development across organizations such as Plexus Corp. and CF Industries. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications from Bradley University.
