With uninterrupted views overlooking our home town of Merimbula, the Hillcrest embodies everything that’s special about our local community.

A sense of relaxed sophistication, celebration of providence, of natural beauty and adventure. We encourage our guests to look out and look in – connect to our environment and to themselves through our interpretation of a new era of accommodation – affordable luxury.

Hillcrest is an institution grounded in a sense of hospitality which we continue to embrace – where walking in feels like ‘coming home’ and you’re treated like friends and family.

Through our staged process of reimagining the 50 year old property, we are currently offering newly furnished deluxe, superior and family style rooms. As part of our December opening we will be releasing 6 stunningly designed and renovated Exhale deluxe suites with private balconies overlooking the ocean and will continue to upgrade the top floor rooms into 2021.
