Naomi Lamb

Naomi Lamb is the current Chief Executive Officer at Hillel at The Ohio State University. Before this role, Naomi served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and EVP, Chief Operating Officer at JewishColumbus. Naomi also has experience as an HR Leader at Owens Corning and as a Senior Manager in HR Strategy at L Brands. Prior to these positions, Naomi held various roles in human resources and management at Sears Holdings Corporation. With a strong background in HR, Naomi also served as the Director of Children, Youth, and Camping at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus. Naomi holds a BA in Jewish Studies and Political Science, as well as a Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
