Hannah Kowitt is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in various teaching and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Interim Director of General Studies, Middle School ELA Teacher, and 4th Grade Lead Teacher at Hillel Torah North Suburban Day School since August 2019, Hannah has also been an adjunct professor and student teaching supervisor at North Park University since 2015, providing mentorship and guidance using Charlotte Danielson’s Framework for Teaching. Previous positions include a long-term substitute teaching role at Winnetka Public Schools-District 36, and program coordinator and mentor teacher at Arie Crown Hebrew Day School, where Hannah implemented behavioral incentive programs and supported new faculty. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Loyola University Chicago, a Master of Arts in Teaching from North Park University, and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Maimonides College.
