Sari Kravitt

Sari Kravitt is an experienced educator with a focus on fostering positive school culture and enhancing student social-emotional learning. As the Dean of Students at Hillel Torah North Suburban Day School since August 2012, Sari has developed initiatives to build community and collaborative relationships within a K-8 environment. Proficient in restorative practices and the MTSS approach, Sari has also served in various teaching roles, including 5th Grade and 7th Grade English Language Arts Teacher and 4th Grade Teacher, successfully implementing comprehensive workshops and personalized learning opportunities. Sari’s educational background includes a Master of Education from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Continuous professional development is a priority, with participation in various educational programs to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
