Director, Campus Marketing And Development at Hillel

Alison S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Alison began their career with Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority as the Chapter President from 2015 to 2016. Later, they worked as a Campus Engagement Intern and Intern Director at Ohio State University Hillel from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they served as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio in 2016, where they focused on the Vehicle Donation Program. Alison then joined Ohio State University Hillel again in 2016 as a Building Leaders Today Intern, assisting with organizing speakers and programs for the fellowship.

In 2017, Alison returned to Hillel International and worked as an Engagement Associate, where they designed and implemented outreach and engagement strategies for over 1,000 students. Alison also developed a strong leadership recruitment process. In 2019, they became the Program and Marketing Director, overseeing program development, grant writing, and staff management. Alison's accomplishments in this role include increasing programming by 77% in one academic year and raising $25,000 in grant funding for specific programs.

In 2020, Alison continued their journey at Hillel International and held the position of Campus Marketing and Development Manager. Alison was later promoted to Assistant Director, Campus Marketing and Development in 2022, and eventually became the Director, Campus Marketing and Development in 2023.

Before their professional career, Alison gained valuable experience as a Group Leader at Camp Wah-Nee, providing supervision and guidance to campers and counselors from 2012 to 2017.

Alison S. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Nonprofit Management from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.
