Associate Vice President Of Diversity, Equity And Inclusion at Hillel

Arielle Levy has extensive work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Arielle currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Hillel International, where they lead the organization's DEI strategy and implementation plans. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Hillel International.

In addition to their work at Hillel International, Arielle has worked as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant as a freelancer. Arielle has also worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at Dimagi, where they planned and executed practices around recruitment and hiring, and developed and implemented organizational policies.

Earlier in their career, Arielle worked as a Program Consultant at Health Resources in Action, where they managed grants and built partnerships with community-based organizations. Arielle also worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator at YWCA Boston, a Program Instructor at Operation Understanding DC, and a Student Consultant at Nuestro Futuro Saludable: The Jamaica Plain Partnerships for Healthy Caribbean Latino Youth.

Arielle holds a graduate assistantship position as an SPEAC Graduate Assistant at Tufts University. Arielle has also gained experience through internships, including a Policy Internship at Health Care For All and a Marketing Internship at The Washington Post.

Arielle Levy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Community Health from Tufts University. Arielle also pursued further education at Tufts University School of Medicine, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Communication. Additionally, Arielle has obtained additional certifications including the "Enhanced Practitioner" certification from Accelerating Coach Excellence (ACE) in August 2022 and the "BEST Youth Worker Certificate" from the BEST Initiative (Advancing Youth Development) in June 2014.
