Sarah Cohn has a diverse work experience in various roles. Sarah has recently worked as an Associate Director of Student and Staff Wellbeing at Hillel International since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Campus Director of Hillel @ NC State at North Carolina Hillel from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on increasing Jewish student engagement. Sarah also has experience as a Personal Brand Coach and Consultant from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Medical Social Worker at Kline Galland Hospice and Palliative Care from 2013 to 2015, and as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services from 2011 to 2013, among other roles. Sarah'sskills include program strategy, crisis response, client-centered therapy, and group facilitation.

Sarah Cohn has a diverse education history. In 2003, they enrolled at The George Washington University and completed their Bachelor's degree in English and History in 2007. Sarah then pursued a Masters in Social Work at Columbia University from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice in Health, Mental Health, and Disability. Recently, in 2019, they began their studies at the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership, where they are expected to complete a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management and Jewish Studies in 2022.
