Ana Prato

Ana Prato is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources operations, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader at Hillenbrand since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engagement Leader at Amazon from December 2018 to June 2023, and a significant tenure at Cintas from 2011 to 2018, where Ana held several leadership positions including Director of Talent Acquisition and Employment Solutions.
