Elizabeth Munchel

Elizabeth Munchel has extensive work experience in human resources. Elizabeth began their career at Mattress Firm as a Store/Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011. Elizabeth then worked at Professions, Inc. as an Executive Recruiter for a year, where they led successful recruitment and onboarding efforts in the Flexible Packaging and Finance Industries. After that, they joined Aerotek as a Human Resources Coordinator on Assignment with Hill-Rom from 2012 to 2013. In this role, they played a key role in leading the FDA Remediation Project recruiting efforts and coordinating leadership development programs. Elizabeth then joined Hillrom as a Human Resources Manager in 2013, where they worked until 2019. During their time at Hillrom, they served as a Collective Bargaining Agreement Subject Matter Expert and successfully led a compliance project to revise job descriptions. In 2019, they transitioned to Rotex Global, a division of Hillenbrand, as a Global Human Resources Manager. Elizabeth later became the Human Resources Operations Lead at Hillenbrand and is currently serving as the Human Resources Director, responsible for partnering with the Executive Management Team, setting strategy, and managing employee relations globally.

Elizabeth Munchel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from Ball State University - Miller College of Business in 2009.
