Rich Dudley

Rich Dudley has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Rich started their career at Cardinal Health as an FDP Analyst from 1997 to 1999. Then they joined Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson Company, where they worked as a Financial Analyst in various roles from 1999 to 2004. After that, they joined Hill-Rom and held positions such as Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy, Global Product Director, and Director of Finance - Respiratory Care CFO from 2004 to 2014. Since 2014, Rich has been working at Hillenbrand, where they have held roles such as Director of Corporate FP&A, Senior Director of Investor Relations, Sr. Director of Operations Finance, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Rich Dudley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from Miami University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Wheaton College from 1993 to 1994. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they completed between 2002 and 2005.
