Teresa Christian

Teresa Christian, PHR, is an experienced benefits management professional with a robust background in administering employee benefits and payroll. Currently serving as the Benefits Manager at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical since October 2020, Teresa previously held positions including Benefits Administrator at Premier Parking and Benefits Specialist at Tractor Supply Company. From 2011 to 2019, Teresa was the Payroll & Benefits Manager at The Gideons International, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits for both domestic and international employees. Earlier in their career at The Gideons International, Teresa worked as an Administrative Assistant in HR, supporting benefit-related functions and general HR inquiries.
