Ibrahim Kayal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Acting Financial Controller and previously as the Assistant Financial Controller at Hillgrove Resources since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at PwC from August 2018 to June 2023, where Ibrahim specialized in External Financial Audit across various industries, including mining, agriculture, food & beverage, and retail. Additionally, Ibrahim held a position as a Contract Accountant at G'day Group during a secondment in late 2022 and gained valuable experience through internships at PwC and Mercedes-Benz KSA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Adelaide and certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
